  15. ¬†                                               "SoundList" is a service designed to provide
  16.                                                   high-quality Pro-Macintosh sound files via email.
  17.                                                   SoundList aims to provide the latest Clixsounds sound files to subscribers before the sounds are released to the public.  Subscribers will also enjoy occasional "Special Edition" sounds distributed to list members long before they are available elsewhere.

  19. Subscribers of SoundList will benefit from not having to fight for FTP connections at the Clixsounds site, which has several thousand attempted downloads daily.  Instead, you will promptly and effortlessly receive them to your email box each week.

Subscriptions are available in 3-month ($12) and 6-month ($20) periods and subscribers can select a "Hi-res" list, which will send them 16-bit versions of beeps and smaller sounds and stereo versions of larger sounds.  Those not wishing to receive larger files can opt to subscribe to the "Low-res" list, which sends only 8-bit versions or mono versions of the sounds.

We want you to be satisfied with the "SoundList" service and we will do everything within reason to make that possible. This service is designed to make it easier for you to obtain the latest Clixsounds files, as well as a few "special edition" files exclusively sent to subscribers long before anyone else gets their hands on them.

  48. Sound Distribution: Files will be distributed on a weekly basis, usually no less than one sound per week.  There will be occasions in wich more than one sound may be sent as a "special edition" sound, as mentioned above.

Subscription Processing: Your subscription will be processed upon being received and should active within 10 days.  Once your subscription is active, you will receive a confirmation message that will include information regarding your subscription.  This confirmation message will serve as your receipt and should be printed and kept for your records.

Email Addresses: Sounds will be sent to the email address you submitted in the subscription form.  You are allowed to change that email address only once during your subscription period.  Each change of address after will result in a $2 service fee.  Send your requests for change of address toemail@clixsounds.com.

  54. Cancellations:You may choose to have service discontinued at any time.  However, no refunds will be issued once service has begun.
